Mini SPS Pro
Application:
SPS fast pressure sintering system is one of the most advanced fast hot press sintering systems in the world,
characterized by the fast sintering speed and high density sintering. It is the most powerful tool used to sinter
the nanophase material, gradient functional material, mesoporous nanoscale thermoelectric material, rare earth
permanent magnetic material, alloy glass nonequilibrium material and biological material.
2.Advantages (relative to Basic Mini SPS):
(1). It's used to sinter namometer material.
(2). Owning functions: automatic pressure maintenace, then automatically start the sintering process.
(3). Accuracy of maintaining pressure: ≥0.1% FS, precision of pressusre response: : ≥0.5%FS.
(4). Accuracy of maintaining temperature: ±1℃，precision of maintaining temperature point:±2℃.
(5). Supporting Chinese and English operating interface.
(6). Operating system supporting recipe editting, copying and deleting, checking recipe input.
(7). Operating system supporting power limit change, temperature deviation change.
(8). Owning interclok protective function of vacuum pump and vacuum.
3.Upgraded configurations (relative to the Plus format of Mini SPS):
(1). Equipped with Canon M-336MX vcauum gauge to measure vacuum.
(2). Equipped with Pfeiffer DN100ISO-K molecular pump used to gain high vacuum.
